I recently had a birthday, and received a Wacom tablet! I tried it out with Corel Painter 4. This is based off a photo I took in Minneapolis.

Figure Drawings

These are some of my 1-5 minute figure drawings from November and December. I think I'm starting to get the hang of conte. Any suggestions other than "practice more"?

Jaguars

This was a tough assignment. We were supposed to emulate Charlie Harper's style and do a piece to the theme of "Amazon rain forest animal". Look up Charlie Harper, and you'll see how close I wasn't. The tails bother me.

Here are two possible croppings. Which one looks best?
